I had an incredible stay at Carmel Spa, a serene and beautiful resort nestled in the mountains. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, with fantastic service from staff who genuinely care about your experience. The setting is peaceful and the dining options are both healthy and delicious. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates to its rooms and common areas as they feel a bit dated. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to unwind and recharge.

I had a wonderful getaway at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and excellent food. The staff, especially Munira Saloum, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. On the downside, there were some hiccups with the dining reservations and the outdated room decor. Overall, it’s a lovely place for a peaceful retreat.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location is beautiful, and I loved the spa facilities, but the service was hit or miss. While some staff were welcoming, others made the experience less enjoyable. The dining left much to be desired, and the room had some cleanliness issues that I didn't expect for the price.

Although we enjoyed the spacious room and the lovely pool area, our interactions with the reception desk left us disappointed, making us reconsider returning in the future.
